PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION: One major effort of the INCOSE-PMI-MIT Alliance has been to develop a book incorporating research our organizations have supported over the past three years focused on the integration of systems engineering and project/program management practices. In addition to research, alliance members contributed knowledge of the field, existing tools and standards, and a wealth of practical experience. Thanks to generous contributions by many INCOSE members, as well as our alliance colleagues at PMI and MIT, this important new work is now becoming available to the world.
