About the Presentation:
This presentation will cover questions such as what is a patent, why do I need a patent, and when should I file a patent.  The presentation will describe the different types of patents including utility patents.  You will also discover what patent examiners do when examining patent applications.  The presentation will also touch on statutes governing patent decisions and provide the attendee with a list of resources available to assist in with patent application process.
