About the Speakers:

Heather Kurtz
is a flight simulation test and design, systems engineer and is a member of the Advanced Technical Leadership Program at Lockheed Martin RMS Orlando. She has developed, tested and trained in the flight simulation domain for over 10 years and specializes in bringing system engineering processes into Lockheed’s simulation and training programs. She is currently working with the System Engineering Director’s Staff and is actively engaged with multiple programs at RMS.

Benjamin Noble is a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin and has been working in simulation and training for over 5 years. During that time, he has served as Lead Software engineer, technical SME, and customer liaison. He has been published in genetic algorithms research. He has also spent considerable time in research of blockchain technology and participated in beta testing of the BitShares blockchain. Ben is a member of the Advanced Technical Leadership Program at RMS Orlando.
