PMIRCG Bite-Sized Learning - Zero to Agile: One Scrum Master's Journey with an Education Program

Most professionals associate agile with software development and not much else. Not anymore! Come learn about how Randi Krueger was able to leverage Scrum in a new role, with a brand new team that was unaware of how to run a Scrum project. Come learn how we are standing up an education program that has national and eventually global implications.

  1. How to successfully lay the groundwork for setting up an agile team when the team lacks knowledge around Agile and the tools.
  2. How retrospectives and immediate action created the right environment to get things done.
  3. How to become a role model within Education Services to take Agile to infinity and beyond.

A transplant from Las Vegas, Nevada, Randi Krueger is a project and program manager with over 11 years of experience in a variety of fields. She has spent the last 7 years in Information Technology running remote projects. She holds several PMI certifications and leverages them in her various roles. Randi is also the VP of Education at PMIRGC. She is passionate about continuing education and career development.

Meeting announcements, event notices, and GlobalMeet links routinely go to all INCOSE members within the Chapter’s geographic territory; as well as to names on an information list open to one and all. Sign up for the Chapter Info List by emailing the Chapter Secretary.
