Welcome to the Huntsville Chapter

The INCOSE - Huntsville Regional Chapter (HRC) serves the systems engineering community located Huntsville, Alabama, and the Tennessee Valley region. 

Monthly chapter meetings are held on the third Thursday of most months.  Registering in advance is preferable for the hybrid meetings which are held in-person at the Auburn University Research and Innovation Campus (AURIC) facility 345 Voyager Way NW, Huntsville, AL 35806 and online using Zoom.

Abstract

“Practical Integration of AI in MBSE: Enhancing Everyday Engineering Tasks" is a forward-looking presentation that addresses the tangible benefits of incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices. This talk will focus on real-world, actionable applications of AI that can streamline and enrich daily MBSE activities across the board, from the nuanced articulation of requirements to the intricate processes of architectural development and the execution of trade studies.

Presenter Biography

Brian Moberley is a leading figure in the field of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering, serving as the Chief Model Based Systems Engineer at STC, an Arcfield Company. Renowned for his expertise in MBSE and SysML, Brian specializes in the development and application of executable SysML models for system analysis, trade studies, and performance projections. 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Brian is committed to educating others about the benefits of MBSE. He actively shares his knowledge through his YouTube channel "MBSE iNsights," where he provides insights into the field.

Brian's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Liberty University, where he earned a commercial pilot certificate. 

While not working, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing the guitar and occasionally making it to the golf course.
