Workshop registration fees and policies

All IW attendees pay a registration fee, to help defray the costs of the event.

The registration fee for attendance for an INCOSE member is $550 for in person attendance and $175 for remote participation. The INCOSE International Workshop is also open to non-members for a registration fee of $695 for in person attendance and $215 for remote participation. Not yet a member?

In person attendance
includes unlimited access to plenary session and open meetings, food and beverage for lunch, breaks, and the closing reception, as well as registration materials. In person attendees will also have access to the virtual platform.

Remote participation
includes a full registration allowing 4 days of access to on demand and live sessions but also to open meetings. Some sessions might not be broadcasted and recorded. Please check the program for more information on each session.

Lunches and coffee breaks are provided for conference attendees but not for guests.

All checks should be made payable to INCOSE and must be received at INCOSE/IW2021 - 7670 Opportunity Rd Ste 220 - San Diego CA 92111-2222 (USA) before Friday, January 7, 2022.

1 INCOSE Member on the day of IW registration
2 Senior status must be pre-approved by INCOSE Administrative Office. Members qualify for the senior category if they are at least 64 of age the time of their membership renewal and have maintained their individual membership for the five membership years prior to applying for the Senior category. Please contact info@incose.org.
3 Student status: students qualify if they are enrolled full time in an undergraduate or graduate program

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy for remote participation 

In the event you will be unable to attend the Workshop after you have registered, you must provide written notice of cancellation to registration@incose.net by Monday, January 17, 2022. All cancellations received by Monday, January 17, 2022 will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee for INCOSE Members and $75 for Non-Members. 
There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Monday, January 17, 2022. 

Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost if the substitute is an INCOSE member, but will require an additional charge if he/she is not. Please send an email to registration@incose.net with the name and e-mail address of the substitute.  

Cancellation policy for in person attendance 

In the event you will be unable to attend the Workshop in person after you have registered, there are two options. 

Option 1: Changing from in person attendance to remote participation
If you would like to attend the conference remotely, you must provide written notice including the reason for the change to registration@incose.net by Monday, January 17, 2022.  INCOSE will review the request for changing to remote participation. If approved, your registration for in person attendance will be substituted with a registration for remote participation under the same registration type. A credit for the difference will be issued within 90 days after the event concludes. 

Option 2: Cancelling attendance
If you would like to cancel your registration, you must provide written notice including the reason for the cancellation to registration@incose.net by Monday, January 17, 2022.  INCOSE will review the request. If approved, all cancellations received and approved by Monday, January 17, 2022 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee for INCOSE Members and $195 for Non-Members. 

There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Monday, January 17, 2022. However, your registration for in person attendance can be substituted by a registration for remote participation under the same registration type.
