1 INCOSE Member on 31 December 2015.
2 INCOSE Senior Member : senior status must be pre-approved by INCOSE Administrative Office. Members qualify for the Senior category if they are at least 64 of age the time of their membership renewal and have maintained their individual membership for the five membership years prior to applying for the Senior category.
3 INCOSE Member who joins via www.incose.org, between 1 January 2016 and the day of the symposium registration.
4 Members of the affiliated organizations PMI & ISSS (Intl Systems Safety Society).
5 Student : student status must be pre-approved by INCOSE Administrative Office. Students qualify if they are undergraduate, master’s or graduate Student and if their course load is at least ¾ of full time in an engineering or related field (for example, if the full-time student course load is 4 per semester, then the student must be enrolled in 3 or more courses in order to qualify for the student rate).
Other registration categories:
CAB Representative : CAB companies are entitled to one complimentary registration for their representative (one representative by company). All other CAB company employees must register depending on their individual membership status.
CAB Limited : All CAB Limited company employees must register depending on their individual membership status. No complimentary registration is included for CAB Limited companies.

What's included?
Symposium Registration
Includes all Technical Sessions, Admission to Exhibits, Proceedings, Conference bag, Symposium lunches & breaks, Receptions. Conference banquet and tutorials are NOT included, and must be selected individually during registration.
Day Registration
Includes Technical Sessions, Lunches & Breaks, Admission to Exhibits for the Selected Day(s), Proceedings, Conference bag. Tickets are available for purchase for Tutorials, Receptions and Banquet, which are NOT included.
Guest Registration
People attending the symposium with a Guest should remember to register them individually for all social events and guest lunches if they intend to participate in those activities - this helps us plan the food and beverage needs, and on-site sales will be limited.
Cancellation policy
A written request for cancellation must be received by 26 June 2016

- Members, Recent Members, will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee.
Payments of any INCOSE membership renewal fees will not be refunded.
- Non-members will receive a refund less a $220 processing fee.
- Student Non-members will receive a refund less a $113 processing fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 26 June 2016 or in the case of registrant no-shows. Substitutions are allowed for no extra fee if the substitute is an INCOSE member, but will require an additional charge if he/she is not (please send an e-mail to is_registration@incose.org with request for the substitution).
