Registration fees

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN EARLY APRIL.

All IS attendees pay a registration fee to help defray the costs of the event.

The registration fee for attendance for an INCOSE member is $1,750 for in-person attendance (discounted rate) and $650 for virtual participation. The INCOSE International Symposium is also open to non-members for a registration fee of $2,275 for in-person attendance and $825 for virtual participation. Not yet a member?

All rates are subject to 23% VAT.

Lunches and coffee breaks are provided for in-person attendees but not for guests.

All checks should be made payable to INCOSE and must be received at INCOSE/IS2024 - 7670 Opportunity Rd Ste 220 - San Diego CA 92111-2222 (USA) before Friday, June 7, 2024.

1 INCOSE Member on the day of IS registration.
2 Senior status must be pre-approved by INCOSE Administrative Office. Members qualify for the senior category if they are at least 65 of age the time of their membership renewal. Please contact info@incose.net.
3 Student status: students qualify if they are enrolled full time in an undergraduate or graduate program.

6 CAB Associate: associate membership does NOT allow registration as INCOSE member
7 Applies for all level of government (local, state or national) from any country. A government employee ID will be required at check in. Failure to provide a valid Government employee ID will result in a final charge equivalent to a Full Symposium Member or Non Member rate.

What's included?

In-person participation

Full Registration
Includes access to all technical sessions, tutorials*, admission to exhibits, eProceedings, conference bag, lunches & breaks, receptions, and recordings during the event and for four weeks after the event. Recordings of all sessions will be made available through the INCOSE website within 60 days post event.

Day Registration
Includes technical sessions, tutorials*, lunches & breaks, admission to exhibits for the selected day(s), eProceedings, conference bag, and recordings for the selected day(s) during the event and for four weeks after the event.
Tickets for the receptions, which are NOT included in the day registration rate, are available for purchase.
(*) Tutorials are subject to a $65 admission fee each and must be selected individually during registration.

Guest Registration
People attending the symposium with a guest should proactively register their guest for any social event(s) in which they intend to participate. This allows us to plan the food and beverage needs ahead of time. On-site sales will be limited.

Virtual participation

Full Registration
Includes access to the virtual technical program, and eProceedings. Broadcasted sessions will be available live with recordings available through the platform and app during the event and for four weeks after the event. Recordings of all sessions will be made available through the INCOSE website within 60 days post event.

One Day Registration
Includes access to the virtual technical sessions, on the selected day, eProceedings, and recordings of the selected day during the event and for four weeks after the event. This includes both live and on-demand content for the selected day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for In-person participation

In the event you will be unable to attend the Symposium in person after you have registered, there are two options.

Option 1: Changing from in person attendance to virtual participation
If you would like to attend the conference virtually, you must provide written notice including the reason for the change to registration@incose.net by Friday, June 7, 2024.  INCOSE will review the request for changing to virtual participation. If approved, your registration for in person attendance will be substituted with a registration for virtual participation under the same registration type. A credit for the difference will be issued within 90 days after the event concludes.

Option 2: Cancelling attendance
If you would like to cancel your registration, you must provide written notice including the reason for the cancellation to registration@incose.net by Friday, June 7, 2024.  INCOSE will review the request. If approved, all cancellations received and approved by Friday, June 7, 2024 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee for INCOSE Members, $25 for Student Member or Non-Members and $195 for Non-Members.

There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Friday, June 7, 2024.

Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost if the substitute is an equivalent registrant (e.g., INCOSE member for an INCOSE member), but will require an additional charge if he/she is not an equivalent registrant. Please send an email to registration@incose.net with the name and e-mail address of the substitute.

Cancellation policy for Virtual participation

In the event you will be unable to attend the Symposium after you have registered, you must provide written notice of cancellation to registration@incose.net by Friday, June 7, 2024. All cancellations received by Friday, June 7, 2024 will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee for INCOSE Members and $75 for Non-Members.
There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Friday, June 7, 2024.

 

Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost if the substitute is an equivalent registrant (e.g., INCOSE member for an INCOSE member), but will require an additional charge if he/she is not an equivalent registrant. Please send an email to registration@incose.net with the name and e-mail address of the substitute.
